BreezeBend Gear Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at andrewgartrell4@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
